The agreement also aims to apply mathematics in Industry 4.0 technology platforms such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, internet of things (IoT), augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and blockchain to resolve issues for society and businesses.
Viettel Solutions and VIASM will implement training, consultancy and applying advanced math to resolve issues of data analysis, AI and big data for Viettel’s customers.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Đoàn Đại Phong, deputy general director of Viettel Solutions, said: “The co-operation would help Viettel expand its studies and special training on AI and big data for its human resources as well as customers’ staff.”
Prof Ngô Bảo Châu, VIASM’s Scientific Director said: “VIASM expects to develop mathematic applications into all life’s aspects. The co-operation would resolve specific issues."
In addition, the institute will accompany Viettel Solutions in employing highly qualified students from universities as well as connecting with foreign specialists to develop solutions for the company’s overseas markets.
