Vietnam Public Utility Telecommunication Services Fund - VTF

The Vietnam Public Utility Telecommunication Services Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is a governmental financial institution under the Ministry of Information and Communications and is established to implement the government's supporting policy on the provision of the universal telecommunication services in nationwide.

The Fund has its own legal status, own seal and accounting balance sheet. The Fund opens ít accounts at commercial banks, State Treasury. Its headquarter is located in Hanoi.

The organizational and operational struture of the Vietnam Public Utility Telecommunications Service Fund are stipulated in Decision No. 11/2014 / QD-TTg dated 27 January 2014 of the Prime Minister.
