Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Bùi Hoàng Phương emphasized that 2024 marks a significant milestone as Vietnam ranks 17th out of 194 countries in the Global Cybersecurity Index. The Deputy Minister proposed four key solutions: refining the legal framework, investing in "Make in Vietnam" products, implementing a four-layer cybersecurity model and developing flexible incident response plans. He also highlighted that synchronized collaboration among agencies, enterprises, and individuals is crucial for safeguarding national digital infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and fostering the digital economy.
