Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Hung expressed his delight on the cooperation between FISC with businesses, associations of Vietnam. Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung said that the cooperation between the two countries was an important step in cooperation in the field of IT and security, network security.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung also said that the IT sector was considered as an important leading sector in Vietnam. Vietnam’s Government has always prioritized the development of the IT infrastructure because it has a great influence on other sectors such as banking, finance, transportation, etc. Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung stressed that Vietnam would invest to develop the IT infrastructure, while promoting the development of IT’s human resources by sending staff, students to Finland to learning experiences, thereby also strengthening cooperation relations between Vietnam and Finland in the future.
Minister Lenita Toivakka showed her honor to witness the signing ceremony, as well as meet with Vietnamese businesses. She confirmed the signing ceremony would reflect the views and interests of the two sides in IT development, especially security issues, network security, providing benefits and development cooperation for both two countries: Vietnam and Finland.
