The report compares 66 countries on six key indicators: overall business environment, IT infrastructure, human capital, legal framework, government"s support, and research and development environment.
This year, Viet Nam moved up 3 places to the 53rd position (increased 2.1 points) in relation to 2009. The country got 60.8 points for business environment, 23.5 points for IT infrastructure, 23.5 for human capital, 0.2 for research and development environment, 50.0 points for legal framework and 43.5 points for government’s support.
The US still ranked the top in the rankings and followed by Finland and Singapore.
