The exhibition was jointly organised by the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education.
The event also witnessed the presence of Politburo member and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education Vo Van Thuong.
PM Phuc visited the exhibition and listened to overviews regarding the books of major publishers which provide an overview of the founding of the Party; the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh in the struggle for national independence, construction and defence; as well as achievements of the renewal process and international integration.
The exhibition is showcasing approximately 10,000 books published throughout different periods of the Party over the past 90 years.
Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Hoang Vinh Bao said that the exhibition is expected to contribute to educating the revolutionary tradition, patriotism and national pride among the people and especially younger generations.
Various activities including exchanges, seminars, and book overviews will be held during the exhibition until February 9.
