The Digital Citizen App is built on a platform that connects and integrates data from various departments and sectors, ensuring comprehensive security and privacy for user data.
Through the Digital Citizen App, residents can report incidents, submit feedback, and contribute ideas on issues they care about, while closely monitoring the response progress from relevant authorities.
Citizens can also access, search, and utilise public service utilities quickly and conveniently across various areas that impact daily life.
For the government, the Digital Citizen App serves as an effective channel to record, manage, and address real-life incidents within the city, based on transparently provided data.
In the initial phase (from now until December 31, 2024), the Digital Citizen App offers 12 main feature categories, displayed under the "Digital Citizen" section. These categories include reports and suggestions, education, healthcare, transportation, tourism, construction, government agencies, public services, and more.
Additionally, users can customise and save the features they wish to prioritise, thus allowing for a more convenient experience with their chosen services.
