FPT and Daiwa Security signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On December 5, in Hanoi, under the witness of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Hung, FPT Corporation and Daiwa Institute of Research, a member of Daiwa Security, the second largest securities company in Japan, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on research and development of new technology solutions.

Accordingly, based on their strengths, the two sides will jointly research, develop and provide high value-added solutions and services based on 04 technologies including AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), real-time visual identification and data analysis, and Blockchain.
 
The two sides will also cooperate to apply real-time visual identification and data analysis, the technology that FPT has successfully tested to introduce some new applications in the field of finance.
 
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung highly appreciated the cooperation between Daiwa Group and FPT. The Government of Vietnam expects the result of this cooperation will help businesses in the financial sector and other industries operate more efficiently and at a more competitive cost. At the same time, it helps in solving the human resource problem and increasing the international competitiveness for IT industry in Vietnam and Japan, contributing to the strategic cooperation between the two countries.
