On April 9, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially launched the “E-portal for Receiving and Announcing Scientific, Technological, Innovative Solutions and Digital Transformation Products” as part of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated 22 December 2024 by the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. The e-portal is accessible at: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn.

After 24 hours of the official launch, the portal has received 80 proposed products and solutions. After verifying their eligibility, 40 products and solutions have been accepted for further processing.

The portal serves as the official channel for receiving submissions of new "Products - Solutions" in technology and digital transformation, which have already been successfully deployed and applied in practice in Vietnam, bringing practical benefits to agencies and enterprises.

This initiative aims to concretise Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP dated 9 January 2025, issued by the Government, on the Government’s Action Programme to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

In addition to being a platform for announcing technological products, the portal acts as a bridge between technological initiatives and the national digital transformation process. It is designed to promote community participation and encourage innovation in applying digital and advanced technologies within agencies and enterprises, particularly in the country's key sectors.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long stated that the electronic information portal was developed to provide an open, transparent, and efficient platform for receiving, compiling, evaluating and announcing outstanding scientific, technological, innovative, and digital transformation products and solutions – including both successfully implemented solutions and those with promising potential for future application.

The portal has been designed to ensure that connecting, evaluating and publishing products and solutions in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation is conducted online, transparently, and conveniently.

The Ministry of Science and Technology hopes that the portal will continue to be a platform that recognises and promotes creative initiatives, technical improvements, and applicable solutions – regardless of scale – in the true spirit of Resolution 57: "Expanding and diversifying forms of timely and deserving recognition, commendation and awards" for scientists, inventors, enterprises, organisations, and individuals contributing to the cause of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation./.
