The Authority of Telecommunications is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the telecommunications sectors in nationwide.
The Authority of Telecommunications has its tasks and powers according to Decision 35/QD-TTg dated 27 June 2011 of the Prime Minister prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of The Authority of Telecommunications.
