Authority of Radio Frequency Management

The Authority of Radio Frequency Management is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the radio frequency management in nationwide.

The Authority of Radio Frequency Management shall have its legal status, own seal and accounts in accordance with the provision of law, its headquarter is located in Hanoi and its branches are in localities.

The Authority of Radio Frequency Management has its tasks and powers according to Decision 2253/QD-BTTTT dated 6 December 2022 of the Minister of Ministry of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Authority of Radio Frequency Management.
