On the morning of October 10, 2024, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Stamp Association held the Opening Ceremony of the Five Countries - Vietnam Stamp Exhibition 2024. This is an annual activity hosted by member countries in rotation. Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong attended the opening ceremony.
