The Information and Communications Public Management School is a ministerial Unit which has functions: organizing the training and retraining programs for the staffs and officials in the field of information and communications; organising training workshop to disseminate legal frameworks in the field of information and communications, organizing the researches and application of mechanisms, policies, advanced science and technology, management science in the field of Information and Communications.
