The Authority of Grassroots Information is a ministerial unit, which performs the advitory and regulatory functions over the grassroots information, including: radio station system of commune-district levels; Newsletters, direct propaganda information via reporters.
The Authority of Grassroots Information has its tasks and powers according to Decision 689/QD-BTTTT dated 10 May 2017 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Grassroots Information.
