Deputy Minister Pham Anh Tuan receives General Director and CEO of Hitachi Group

On December 4, 2019, in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Anh Tuan had a meeting with Mr. Higashihara Toshiaki, General Director and CEO of Hitachi Group.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Pham Anh Tuan said that the Ministry of Information and Communications highly appreciated the contribution of Hitachi Group Japan in the field of information and communication in Vietnam.

Mr. Higashihara Toshiak reported to the Deputy Minister about the implementation of E-money project in Vietnam and consulted on cooperation activities as well as cooperation opportunities in new areas in the coming time. He hoped that the Ministry created favorable conditions for businesses, thereby promoted bilateral cooperation in the field of information and communications.
 
Deputy Minister Pham Anh Tuan commented: Hitachi Japan is currently the leading partner of Vietnam in the field of information technology and communications. With the remarkable results in the cooperation between the two countries over the past time, the Deputy Minister hoped that the cooperation in the field of information and communication between businesses of the two countries would be increasingly promoted and developed, creating future opportunities.
 
The Ministry of Information and Communications will continue to create favorable conditions, investment environment for businesses, at the same time, direct relevant agencies of the Ministry to continue reviewing policies, creating the most open environment, favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises, especially enterprises in the field of information technology.
