On November, 27th, 2014, within the framework of the working visit of President Hungary Áder János to Viet Nam, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Tran Duc Lai and Hungarian Ambassador in Viet Nam signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of ICT between Ministry of Information and Communications of Viet Nam and Ministry of National Development of Hungary, with the witness of President of Viet Nam Truong Tan Sang and President of Hungary Áder János.
Accordingly, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in the IT industry, IT applications, broadband infrastructure development, human resource development, training program organization, information safety and security, experiences on policy and regulation development. For the implementation of specific activities, the two sides will establish a Joint working group on ICT between Viet Nam and Hungary.
