Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son- Head of Steering Committee on implementing ICT HR Development Planning
Besides giving directions on implementing ICT HR development planning for the period 2011-2020, this Committee is also responsible for directing in implementing ICT sector’s training in accordance with social demand.
ICT Human Resource Development Planning for the 2011- 2020 period was approved on 28 May 2012 by Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son. Accordingly, developing human resource is stated to be one of key factors for fulfilling the goals for ICT development, in terms of developing HR in the fields and State management HR of ICT sector in both of the quantity and quality.
