Course on capacity building for ICT managers opens in Hanoi

A course on capacity building for ICT managers was opened by Information and Communications Public Management School under Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in Hanoi on November 15, 2011. Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hong attended and delivered the speech.
The aims of the course is to implement international cooperation plan of MIC and improve the quality of Viet Nam’s ICT human resource.
Lecturers from Knowledge Economic Officials Training Institute of Korea (KEOTI) has provided lessons during the course
This course shows good cooperation between MIC and Ministry of Knowledge Economic of Korea generally, as well as KEOTI and Information and Communications Public Management School particularly.
At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hong highly appreciated the course and hoped that cooperation between two Ministries in general and among KEOTI and MIC’s training units would be more developed.
The course has lasted for two days from 15 to 16 November, 2011./.
