Network attacks are increasingly more persistent and dangerous. In particular, attack targets are gradually shifting from individuals to large corporations or, more seriously, important information systems of nations.
Vietnam still faces many difficulties in ensuring information security. This due to the lack of human resources, insufficient awareness of individuals and organizations on information security.
The legal framework in the field of information security in Vietnam is basically being finalized. As soon as the Law on Information Security come into effect in 2015, 05 related decrees were issued in 2016.
