Deputy Minister Phan Tam affirmed that telecommunication and information technology was one of the essential infrastructure that countries needed to prioritize for investment and development. The Deputy Minister expressed his confidence that activities during the visit of the delegation would strengthen the relationship between the two ministries, opening new, practical and effective cooperation opportunities for the two countries in telecommunications and information technology.
Minister José Cavarlho de Rocha hoped that Vietnam would continue to have effective investment projects in Angola in the fields of telecommunications and information technology, including investment in telecommunication infrastructure, Internet service, digital television service ... The Angola’s Government will create favourable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to invest and do business in Angola.
At the seminar, Deputy Minister Phan Tam and Minister José Cavarlho de Rocha also discussed measures to further strengthen cooperation in an effective and practical manner, with the aim of bringing telecommunications and information technology become a typical cooperation between Vietnam and Angola.
The two sides affirmed to create favorable conditions to support the investment of Vietnamese enterprises in Angola.
