VNPost provide services in delivering results of level 3 and 4 online public services

In 2015, there were over 8 million people submitted applications and received results of administrative services via VNPost system, compared to 5 million of 2014.

Those are the numbers informed by Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Nguyen Quoc Vinh at the 1st Meeting of  state agencies’ CIO on June, 8th, 2016, held in Hanoi.

According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vinh, thanks to the utilization of existing labor resources and infrastructure, VNPost and state administrative agencies accelerated the reform of administrative procedures, saved time, cost and brought convenience to people.
 
Based on the statistics of the needs for VNPost services related to public services, Mr Nguyen Quoc Vinh proposed service models related to public services that people could use depending on specific needs and situations. VNPost have made many improvements in submission to shorten the time and applied ICT applications in all phases of delivery.
 
VNPost provides services in receiving and delivery: ID cards, driving licences, passports, social insurance cards, judicial records, voluntary medical insurance, etc
 
VNPost also launched trial authorized services in collecting taxes in some localities of Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
