Within the framework of the official visit of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and Viet Nam’s high-level delegation to the Republic of Belarus, on November, 27th, 2014, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Minh Hong, on behalf of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and Minister of Information Lylia Stanislavovna Ananich, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, signed Action Plan to implement the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the field of information and communications for the period 2014-2016.
Accordingly, Viet Nam and Belarus agreed to develop bilateral activities and working relationship in printing and electronic media of the two countries; exchange multimedia data, images, slides and publications within the limits of bilateral cooperation and compliance with the provisions of the copyrights of that country; exchange journalist delegations visiting and writing about the friendship of the two countries; public on the mass media information about the countries, the peoples as well as the friendship between the two countries; conduct meetings between the leaders and experts of Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus to effectively implement current plans and discuss interested issues of bilateral cooperation; etc...
