The number of ministries’ websites/portals of "Quite good" level rose 2.9% but the number of "Good" level decreased 5.2%. The launching of Defense Ministry’s portal in 2012 helped reaching the goal of 100% of ministries, government agencies, cities and provinces having their own websites/portals. Good-level MIC website leads for 2 continuing years in terms of providing information supporting users and management between ministries, ministerial-level agencies.
