Ministry of Information and Communications newly issues a stampset

On March 8th, 2012, Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) issued the stampset "Ao dai of Vietnamese woman"

Ao Dai is Vietnam"s traditional dress, which was first designed over hundred years ago. This traditional dress was renewed many times under different names and finally became Vietnam ladies" current formal dress. It is usually worn in formal events, festivals and is now a popular uniform for girl students.
