Adjustment in organization structure of MIC

The Government issued Decree No. 50/2011/ NĐ- CP dated June 24 2011 on adjusting and supplementing Clause 3 of Decree 187/2007/ NĐ- CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government regulating functions, tasks, rights and organization structure of MIC.

Accordingly, Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has 25 units instead of 26 units as regulated in Decree 187/2007/ NĐ- CP.

There is no exist of Authority of Information and Communications Technology Quality Control in new organization structure of MIC and Department of Telecommunications will be transformed into Authority of Telecommunications.

The Decree 50/2011/NĐ-CP comes into effect from August 15, 2011.
